Your Terrafreeze™ purchases are always risk-free. If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason at all, please contact us within 90 days of your purchase to obtain a return authorization number. All used or unused jars must be returned within 90 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received, a full refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or to the original method of payment within 48 hours.
